Stay in central Salt Lake City! Our 4-bedroom, 2-bath apartment—one-half of a duplex on a residential street—is within 10 minutes of downtown and within 20 to 30 miles of world-class skiing on Utah’s mountains.
This 4-bedroom, 2-bath apartment is great for a multi-generational family of skiers and non-skiers, teens and adults.
The two-floor layout includes one full, upstairs apartment and another full basement apartment—each with a kitchen/kitchenette and living area. Spend time together during the day, then find privacy in the evenings.
Every bedroom has either a full, queen or king bed. Two more people can sleep on our comfy air mattress (with bedding set) on the living room floor. All beds have carefully selected mattresses and luxury bedding.
While the adventurers hit the slopes, others can head downtown to shop, eat, and explore Temple Square (all 10 minutes away by car). Or stay in and take advantage of the free WiFi, Blu-Ray players, and Netflix on each of the apartment’s 3 flatscreens.
Our kitchen comes with the convenience of all the breakfast basics to get you off to a good start during your stay with us. Make yourself a cup of coffee, a refreshing glass of juice, and toss up a couple of eggs with your toast. Pancakes? Waffles? You’ll find the convenience of having them all within reach.
We also offer additional accommodations on the other half of the duplex, with room for up to 5 more people in a totally remodeled rental apartment. (In total, we can sleep 15 guests if all units are available) Feel free to ask us about our other rental options.

This is a private rental and you'll have access to the entire space. Both apartments (upstairs and downstairs) are joined by a staircase leading down from the upstairs kitchen. Or, alternately, the upstairs can be accessed through the front door and the downstairs through the back door.
With a long driveway and carport, there’s plenty of space for 2-3 vehicles to park off the street.
And with keyless door locks, you don’t have to worry about keeping track of keys. We create an easy-to-remember code specifically for your group.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
If we’re home, we’re happy to chat and share our tips for things to do in the area. But we also respect that you’re here to explore, not talk to us.
When we’re not home, a trusted neighbor keeps an eye on the property and will be on-hand if you have questions or concerns.

This rental is located at the corner of a residential street and 700 East, which provides quick, easy access to I-80 and I-15, and downtown.
If you’re coming here for both skiing AND downtown Salt Lake City, our rental is in an ideal location: 10-15 minutes (depending on traffic) from downtown and no more than 30 miles from all the ski resorts. If you have no interest in skiing, that’s fine, too—there is plenty to do within minutes of this rental. Most places are less than a half-hour away by car:

Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Indoor and outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum. This property is equipped with a decibel meter and the police will be notified should there be any noise disturbances. Tenants shall use the property for legal purposes only and NO other use, such as, but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring of fugitives, etc., shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents or deposits. The police will be notified should the Landlord suspect any illegal activities.
Please take out all trash.
Please pile used towels, washcloths and kitchen towels in the bathtub.
Please be sure to wash all your dishes.
Please return any moved objects or furniture back to their original spots.
Please lock the doors and close the windows.
Fee for bringing pets: $200
I, Carmen, suffer from really bad allergies and many times I had to use my EPIPEN when my asthma rescue inhaler doesn’t open my lungs. If you know somebody with really bad allergies you know what I’m talking about. So for respect to allergic people, we ask you to not bring your pets into our property.
We advertise as a pet-free, allergy-friendly vacation rental and it takes a certified asthma and allergy cleaning company to get rid of pet hair and dander.
There are many hosts that welcome pets. If you plan on traveling with your pet, please look for another property. I don’t want to cancel your reservation and charge you a $200 fee to hire a professional allergy cleaning company.
Fee for smoking inside the house: $250 (fee goes towards cleaning carpets, drapes, bedding and other fabrics where smoke was trapped). Includes use of vaping or e-cigarettes
Fee for unauthorized guests: $10/per night per person
We will charge the credit card on file an additional $10/per night per person for every unauthorized guest. You should have seen this fee if you entered the right amount of guests before booking our place.
Fee for not following check-out instructions: $25 per extra hour of labor.
The cleaning fee charged for this property covers 4 hours of cleaning. It also includes the cost of professional laundry service and cleaning supplies. So please be respectful of our home and don’t take this personally. We care about you as our guest as much as we care about our housekeepers; without them we wouldn’t be able to host you. Thanks so much for your understanding.
Should the Tenants violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately. The Tenants shall maintain the premises in a good, clean and ready-to-rent condition and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. Tenants shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the premises be left in a lesser condition. The Tenants agree that the Landlord shall deduct costs of said services from the security deposit prior to refund if Tenants cause damage to the premises or its furnishings.
